FSM states remove center console. So I cut the locating tab instead. Now pop off cluster lid. Remove the dash panel with airbag glued on to it. Remove 2 ducts to expose mix door actuator. Remove actuator FRAME. It is not possible to remove the actuator. I wasted time trying to access the bolts. It is so much easier to remove assembly instead.
